Re-Opening Procedures

Effective June 9th, 2020

New Hours of Operation with Restrictions

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays we are beginning to have in-person appointments to
collect signatures, take cash payments, and review linen selections. We are however enforcing

restrictions as part of our role in stopping the spread of COVID-19.

RESTRICTIONS
New Temporary Office Hours
Tuesday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Thursday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Our Staff will be required to wear face masks when leaving the security of the Acrylic

enclosures at their desks.

Before entering, all guests entering the premises will have their temperature checked via a

contactless thermometer.

A facemask or protective cloth is required upon entering.

If customers do not have a mask, we will have them available if we have them in stock
This is a mandatory measure to protect our staff that are in the high risk of vulnerability to this

pandemic.

Otherwise, our consultations will have to be virtual via Skype or Zoom.
No Children under the age of 12 or Senior Citizens will be allowed in the office
Limit your visit for a consultation or payment to only the customer that is listed on the

contract and up to 1 essential payer of the contract.

TASTINGS

Food tasting appointments are available on Saturdays. The Customer must make an appointment

Priority will be based on the event date for the time being.
Appointment slots will be at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM.

Due to Social Distancing, tastings are limited to no more than 4 guests and in order to keep our

current pricing there is a $5 fee per guest

A Facemask will be required until the guests are seated at which point masks may be removed.
If the guests at any time need the restroom or to leave their seat, the mask will be required

again.

If the tasting guests do not wish to wear a facemask, the tasting for the guest will convert to a

contactless to-go order

PROTECTIVE MEASURES

We have added a table in front of the desk to ensure that we are keeping the minimum social

distancing requirements.

A sneeze guard has been placed between the desk and the table to prevent and air molecules to

travel on either side.

Hand Sanitizer, Latex Gloves, and Clorox wipes are readily available for customers during their

visit.
